Warm Asparagus and Bacon Salad

6 asparagus spears
4 slices turkey bacon
2 tablespoons diced red onion
1 tablespoon organic vegetable broth
- Snap or cut off the tough lower stems from the asparagus spears and discard. Cut the remaining spears into 1-inch lengths.
- Cut the turkey bacon into 1-inch lengths.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and when hot, sauté the asparagus, bacon, onion, and broth for about 8 minutes or until the asparagus is soft.
