½ cup canned black beans, drained and rinsed
¼ cup sliced green onions (scallions), white and green parts
1 teaspoon chopped fresh cilantro
¼ cup diced tomatoes
½ cup steamed cauliflower, chopped
2 tablespoons coconut aminos
1 garlic clove, minced

DIRECTIONS
