  • 1/2 cup hot cooked quinoa
  • 1/4 cup cashews
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • Ground cinnamon to taste
  • Stevia to taste

 DIRECTIONS

  1. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Serve hot with sautéed spinach or any other phase 3 vegetable.
