Cinnamon-Apple Kiwi Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 green apple, cored and chopped
  • 1 kiwi fruit, peeled
  • 1 cup kale, central ribs removed
  • 1 cup rice milk
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 15 drops liquid stevia
  • A few ice cubes

 Directions

Blend all ingredients until smooth.
