1 cup diced cucumbers
1 tangerine, peeled, segmented, and cut into ½-inch pieces
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
⅛ teaspoon stevia
⅛ teaspoon fresh dill weed

DIRECTIONS

Toss the cucumbers and tangerine with the vinegar, stevia, and dill. Serve immediately.
