1/2 cup kale, ribs removed and coarsely chopped
1/2 cup peeled, diced cucumbers
1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon minced ginger
1 cup ice cubes
1 heaping tablespoon spirulina
Blend the ingredients plus 2 cups of water until smooth. Serve right away.
