Hummus Turkey Spinach Wrap
This recipe is a fan favorite and is excellent for a Fast Metabolism. Turkey contains tryptophan. Did you know that tryptophan is the one nutrient that if we don’t have enough of it, we can’t produce enough serotonin? Serotonin is a chemical found to boost mood and is needed to make melatonin that tells the thyroid to produce fat burning hormones. Enjoy this delicious wrap as a Phase 3 dinner if you’re choosing to eat your optional grain.

Portion Sizes
20 pounds or less: 4 ounces of turkey + 1 tortilla + 2 cups veggies
20-40 pounds: Eat 1.5 wraps + 2 cups veggies
40+ pounds: Eat 1.5 wraps + 3 cups veggies
Ingredients
2/3 cup hummus
1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary
4 sprouted grain tortillas
2 tablespoons pine nuts
16 ounces sliced turkey
2 cups fresh baby spinach
Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
Directions
Stir together the hummus and rosemary. Spread 1/4 of the hummus mixture onto each tortilla.
Divide the pine nuts, turkey, and spinach among the tortillas. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Roll up, and cut in half or into slices.
