INGREDIENTS
3 tablespoons grass-fed unflavored dry gelatin
3 cups cold water, divided
1 1/2 cups boiling water
1 cup xylitol (add more or less to taste)
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup fresh lime juice
DIRECTIONS
- Soak the gelatin in 1 1/2 cups of the cold water for a few minutes to soften. Add the boiling water and stir until the gelatin dissolves. Add the xylitol, and stir until it dissolves.
- Stir in the remaining ingredients, including the other 1 1/2 cups cold water. Pour into serving containers. Refrigerate until set. Store covered in the fridge.
