Pumpkin Pudding

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups organic pumpkin puree
1 1/2 cups canned coconut milk
2 heaping tablespoons chia seeds
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 teaspoons Xylitol
Optional: Baking spices of your choice

Directions

1. Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix fully.

2. Pour the mixture into individual serving dishes and refrigerate until the pudding is set.

3. Serve chilled, garnish with any extra spices you prefer.
