RED ONION 1/4 CHOPPED 1/2 CHOPPED 1/2 CHOPPED
ZUCCHINI 
1/2 CUP CHOPPED
1 CUP CHOPPED
1 CUP CHOPPED
BROCCOLI FLORETS 3/4 CUP 2 CUPS
2 CUPS
OLIVE OIL 2 TABLESPOONS
2 TABLESPOONS
2 TABLESPOONS
SEA SALT 1/4 TEASPOON
1/2 TEASPOON
1/2 TEASPOON
GROUND PEPPER
1/4 TEASPOON
1/2 TEASPOON
1/2 TEASPOON
ITALIAN SEASONING 
1/2 TEASPOON
1 TEASPOON 
1 TEASPOON 
PAPRIKA 1/8 TEASPOON
1/4 TEASPOON
 1/4 TEASPOON

 

1. Preheat the oven to 500ºF.

2. Place the chicken, bell pepper, onion, zucchini, and broccoli in a medium roasting dish or rimmed baking sheet. Add the oil, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and paprika. Toss to combine. Bake for 15 minutes, or until the veggies are charred and the chicken is cooked through. Serve.
