Smoked Salmon & Cucumber

Ingredients
1 cucumber
6 ounces smoked salmon, nitrate-free, no sugar added
¼ teaspoon lime juice (optional)
Pinch of fresh dill weed (optional)
Directions
- Slice the cucumber into rounds, approximately ½ inch thick. Slice the salmon into 1-inch pieces. Put the salmon pieces on the cucumber rounds. Drizzle with lime juice or season with dill weed, if using.
TIP: Feel free to use extra cucumber with the hearty amount of salmon. Remember, veggies are unlimited!
