Spicy Red Pepper Fish with Lemon Garlic Kale

Ingredients

1 tablespoon lime
1 teaspoon of chili paste
¼ teaspoon cracked red pepper
½ teaspoon chopped cilantro
Pinch of sea salt
Pinch of ground black pepper
6 ounces of white fish (halibut, cod, dori, flounder)

Lemon Garlic Kale

1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon of garlic
3 cups of raw kale

Directions

In a small mixing bowl, combine the lime, chili paste, cracked red pepper, cilantro, sea salt, and pepper. Put fish into foil lined pan and drizzle marinade over fish.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for approximately 20 to 30 minutes depending on the thickness of fish.

Lemon Garlic Kale

In a non-stick pan, combine 1 tablespoon of water with the lemon juice and garlic.
Add the kale and cook on medium low.
Season with salt and pepper before serving with the fish.
