Calculating Your Metabolic Intervention Score
When you calculate your Metabolic Intervention Score (MIS) it will direct you to one of my three customized meal maps for Metabolism Revolution—Meal Map A, B, or C. Your meal map will advise you on exactly what food categories to eat and in what amounts, and will also give you a customized exercise plan designed to burn fat most efficiently for your Metabolic Intervention Score. As I explained in the Introduction, rapid weight loss is effective only when the plan is targeted and efficient.
This is the process, but depending on the state of your metabolism, you require different micronutrient combinations and timing, to customize fat burning and weight loss to your current condition. That’s what we’re going to find out right now. To find out what kind of intervention you need to make this process happen for you, we’ll figure out your Metabolic Intervention Score (MIS). Depending on your score, you will get assigned to one of three Meal Maps: Meal Map A, B, or C. Each one of these is targeted to your level of required intervention.
