Halloween is the perfect time for a Fast Metabolism. Make these super fun treats for your friends and family. They won’t even realize this Creamy Ranch Dressing is good for them.
Creamy Ranch Dressing with Carrot “Fingers” – Phase 3
Spice mix:
1/4 cup dried parsley
2 tsp. dried dill
2 tsp. onion powder
1 1/2 tsp. sea salt
1 tsp. dried basil
1 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
To make ranch dip or dressing:
2 tablespoons Ranch Dressing Spice Mix (shake it first to distribute the spices)
2/3 cup Blender Mayonnaise
3 tablespoons almond milk
1/4 teaspoon white vinegar
Fingers:
Baby carrots
Sliced raw almonds
Directions:
Spice Mix: Stir everything together and store in a sealed jar or bag.
To make ranch dip or dressing: Stir all ingredients together. Chill for a couple of hours before serving. The portion is 2-4 tablespoons.
To make the fingers: Cut a small diagonal portion of one end of the carrot, dip one side of the sliced almond in the ranch dressing and adhere to the carrot.
Jack-O-Lantern Fruit Cups – Phase 1
Ingredients:
Oranges
Strawberries
Raspberries
Blueberries
Kiwi
Directions:
Cut the top of the orange and scoop out the fruit (just like a pumpkin!), then carve a face into the orange (just like a pumpkin!)
Dice the fruit and fill your “pumpkin” to the brim.
Veggie “Candy” Corn – Phase 3
Ingredients:
Yellow bell pepper
Baby carrots
Cauliflower
Directions:
Cut the veggies and form them into a shape of a candy corn.
Serve with Creamy Ranch Dressing (see recipe above)
