- Will it mess me up to eat broccoli on P3?
- I’ve been doing FMD for 6 months and STILL feel confused about Fats/Proteins and veggies in Phase 3.
- There are some differences between the book’s sample meal maps and what I’ve read elsewhere. Which one is correct?
- One of the criticisms I read about FMD before starting was that following the P1 and P2 meal maps and portions could equate to a dangerous calorie deficit. Though I’ve never feel hungry when I eat strictly according to the plan, early on I did sometimes wonder if I was eating enough for my size. Is it possible to get too little nutrition if you’re following the plan exactly?
- I have been losing weight amazingly fast on FMD. Like, scary fast (110 pounds in 6 months!!) If you’re following the plan exactly while feeling great with plenty of mental and physical energy is it possible to be losing weight too fast?
- If you were going to add just one supplement or vitamin while doing FMD, what would it be?
- Can we eat parmesan 30 months on fmd or after a few 28 rounds? It is lactose free, it just contains caseine.
