  1. What do you recommend doing to target fat loss in the stomach to move toward having a flat tummy?
  2. For the Phase 2 Intensive or any of the Intensives, do we have to buy the powders for them or can we just do a whole week of that Phase?
  3. Is it true that we should only limit nut butters as a healthy protein/fat to once a day on p3?
  4. Can you please explain WHEN you do an Intensive week and HOW you know which one to do? I’m still having trouble with P3 – I tend to gain weight on 1 or 2 days of each P3 cycle – and I read on the Facebook page you do the phase you have the most trouble with as an Intensive, but the Quiz on your web site says I should be planning a P2 Intensive. Thank you for the 28 pounds I’ve lost so far!!!
  5. I have high cholesterol. What foods should I eat to lower it?
  6. I feel sleepy all day and with low energy, after a workout, I feel better and with more energy, I eat a lot of whole grains and fruit, how can I have more mental clarity and energy?? I also have a lot of muscle and I’m slim but I just can’t define my abs.
