Managing Your Health: Talking to Your Doctor
An Immunity Shield Can Come in Many Different Forms
I spent this last weekend working on a new guide for you and your health.
- A targeted Nutrition Plan
- A Targeted Shopping list
- A Strategic Supplement Guide. (Even though we continue to sell out, I am committed to offering these products at a discount until we emerge from this health crisis.)
- A list of active ingredients you can source if you cannot get our products
- A proactive letter to use if and when you need to engage a healthcare practitioner
- Recipes to make cooking and storing food at home easy and impactful!
You may already have all of these products, or some of them, at home. I want you to have all of the knowledge you need to unlock the power of these supplements and reach your body's full potential.
As your nutritionist and wellness consultant, I want to drive home just how critical it is to have a swift and appropriate immune response -- especially given the current viral pandemic.
I created the Immunity Shield Programs for you, and I want you to have the guides completely FREE.
In my clinic, I work diligently helping people deal with underlying health concerns, like inflammation. This directly correlates with immunity, which is all related to healthy metabolic pathways.
Learn how inflammation affects the whole body, including your immune system, here…
While occasional inflammation may not cause noticeable symptoms, there are some red flags that might signal chronic inflammation, which may or may not indicate the presence of an underlying condition:
- Muscle / Joint Pain or weakness
- Skin rashes
- Low Energy
- Excessive mucus
- Poor digestion
- Dry Eye
- Brain Fog
- Swelling in extremities and puffiness under eyes
It seems the people being hit the hardest by this virus have underlying conditions involving chronic inflammation (which is more common as we age). If you are concerned, talk with your doctor about testing for certain inflammatory markers in your blood. Here are the tests I find most insightful:
- Rheumatoid factor (RF)
- C-reactive protein (CRP)
Feel free to use this sample Request for Care Letter (This is in your guide) to communicate your concerns! Last week, my husband's doctor visits were all by video and I emailed this form to his physicians beforehand It really made our limited time together so much more productive!
I will continue to upload recordings in hopes that it helps you feel empowered. and maybe give you a sliver of hope. Take what feels right for you and please share what resonates with you with others! Together we will get through this!
In good health, now more than ever,
