The FMD got me off of the perimenopausal weight gain path. I worked out 5 times a week for over an hour each session and continued to gain. I started thinking I would just have to accept being heavier as I crept closer to age 50. (Which is this month) Once I started FMD, I actually cut back my workouts and began to finally lose. I was also able to cut my medication for PMS in half and plan to slowly go off of it completely because I no longer have many of my symptoms. I feel great!
